We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our 7-operatory facility. No years of experience are required, as we are committed to providing active mentorship for new graduates or those looking to expand their clinical skill set. This is a ownership-track role designed for the right individual who wants to move beyond a traditional associate role and build equity in a proven, high-performing business.
Production: $2.25M average annual collections (sustained over the last 4 years).
Patient Base: approximately 3,000 active patients with a massive internal referral base in a community booming with new growth.
Technology: Fully digital workflow featuring iTero scanners, digital X-rays, and PAN.
Collaborative Care: On-site Orthodontic Specialist 2 days per month—ideal for multidisciplinary case planning and learning.
The Team: Experienced, high-tenure clinical and admin staff who ensure seamless daily operations and a professional, relaxed atmosphere.
Compensation: Highly competitive; higher of a daily guarantee or percentage of production less lab.
Mentorship: Direct access to experienced leadership for clinical cases and learning the business aspects of dentistry.
