We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable PPO dental practice or our Pediatric Practice in Modesto. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining a compassionate and professional environment. Requirements

• Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and dentures.
• Preferably has experience with implants or willing to take courses.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation tools to accurately record patient information
• Administer oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions and root canal therapy
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
• Engage in pediatric dentistry practices, providing care tailored for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with dental team members in four-handed dentistry for efficient treatment delivery
• Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Use dental fabrication techniques for crowns, bridges, and other prosthodontic devices as needed
• Stay current with advancements in endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to enhance patient care.

Skills

• Experience in oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, crowns and other complex procedures with precision.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and education.
• Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Prior experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standard.
