2 days/week to start | Fridays available | No non-compete

Established solo-doctor private practice in San Jose, California is seeking a clinically strong, patient-focused associate dentist to join our team 2 days per week, including Fridays (newly opened day).

This is a long-term opportunity for a dentist who values ethical dentistry, strong patient relationships, and a stable private practice environment.

Position Details
2 days per week to start (including Fridays)
Bread-and-butter general dentistry
Opportunity to grow additional days if mutually desired
Clinical autonomy within a conservative treatment philosophy

Compensation & Support
30–32% of collections
Daily guarantee during initial ramp-up
Malpractice coverage provided
CE allowance
