Smile Design Dentistry s looking to add a FT Dental Assistant to our exceptional group of professionals. We value your personal and professional growth and cannot wait have you as part of our team. Whether you are looking to start your dental assisting career as a new graduate or just seeking a fresh start, we invite you to consider our private practice dental office located in Plymouth, MN.
4 day workweek with some flexibility on final schedule.
Patient hours:
Mondays: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesdays: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesdays: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Thursdays: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Requirements
Preferred experience and skills:
Must like to have fun, have good time management skills and be able to work well in a team.
Driven to develop their profession skills in assisting complex procedures.
Interested in learning cutting edge dentistry and digital workflows
Have a deep interest in continuing education and be up on current research in Dentistry & Dental Assisting
Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to: capturing diagnostic x-rays, anticipating needs of the doctor, fabricating provisional crowns, and digital scanning.
Desired characteristics: self-starter, comforting chair-side communication style, high attention to detail, compassionate and have a desire to learn, grow, and develop your skills.
New graduate and specialty trained Dental Assistants are welcome to apply!
Dental Assisting License (Required)
Areas of Practice:
General Dentistry
Prosthodontics: removable, fixed, all-on-x cases
Orthodontics: Invisalign, traditional brackets
Endodontics
Cosmetic: anterior smile design, full mouth rehabilitation, in-office whitening, veneers
Oral Surgery: simple/complex extractions, implant placement from single to full arch, and bone grafting
Sedation Dentistry: Completing all facets of dental care under IV sedation
