Employment Type: Full‑time (Monday–Thursday, no evenings or weekends)

Position Overview

The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during clinical procedures, help maintain a smooth daily workflow, and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and enjoys building relationships with patients and teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X‑rays and intraoral photos
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Provide excellent chairside communication and patient education
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection‑control protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented office culture

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience preferred (new grads welcome if eager to learn)
• Strong communication and patient‑care skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
