Time- We allow 60 minutes for adult hygiene appointments and 90 minutes for S/RP. This gives you ample time to evaluate and educate patients.

o Our hygienists see an average of 7-10 patients a day, so you don’t feel rushed throughout the day. Even though we have a slower pace than some offices, we have a dedicated hygiene assistant to help with charting, room turnover, and setup.

Technology- we believe in using technology to help save time and money. We use soft tissue lasers to help treat inflammation, saliva testing to improve diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, and AI software to help identify pathology.

Great patients- Our patients are appreciative of the excellent care that we provide for them. We have patients and families that have been with us for over 20 years!

Motivated by health, not just numbers- We educate our patients on the importance of Health, Function, and Aesthetics and how we can assist in improving these areas as well as their systemic health. Our goal is for our patients to live a long, healthy life.

This is a wonderful, part-time opportunity for that special dental hygienist. We are looking for the right candidate with a dental hygiene license, VA anesthesia certification, and Hepatitis B vaccination.

Requirements

Eligible candidates must have:

Dental Hygiene Degree, BS/BA or equivalent

Virginia Dental Hygiene License

Virginia Local Anesthetic Certification

Hepatitis B Vaccination or waiver

Experience administering Nitrous Oxide, Soft Tissue Lasers, Open Dental Software, Intraoral Cameras are a plus.
