You will work closely with our dentist and support staff to ensure your team can focus entirely on top-tier patient care.

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive, "patient-first" culture.
• Practice Operations: Oversee daily workflows, including optimized scheduling to meet production goals and maximize provider time.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the revenue cycle, including insurance verification, billing, collections, and nightly deposits.
• Patient Advocacy: Resolve patient concerns with empathy and lead financial conversations to improve case acceptance.
• Compliance & Systems: Ensure the office remains 100% compliant with HIPAA and OSHA standards while maintaining accurate digital records.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2-3+ years of dental office management experience in a patient-driven setting.
• Software Savvy: High proficiency with platforms like Dentrix or CareStack.
• Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental terminology and PPO/Medicaid insurance workflows.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to analyze KPIs like reappointment rates and new patient growth.
