What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
• Lead, coach, and support front office and clinical team members
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and overall office productivity
• Drive treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs, collections, and financial performance
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused culture

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a dental office manager (required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management systems
• Experience with Denticon and SoftDent is a plus
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• A team-first mindset with a passion for patient care

Compensation:

• $25-$35/hour
