We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Check out patients and process payments
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous dental front desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in Dentrix software is required
• Strong understanding of dental insurance verification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation:

• $17-$20/hour
